Order process

We accept the payment with PayPal or credit card. Payment on PayPal is also possible in 3-24 monthly installments (you will be redirected to PayPal, fill out the details there before completing the purchase on the Horizon Hobby website).

If your order arrives before 12:00, your package usually leaves our warehouse on the same business day. Orders after 12:00 should be shipped the next business day (except backorders).

The delivery time depends on the country your order is shipping to. You can find the approximate delivery time for each country on our shipping policy page.

The shipping fees depend on the order total. Orders over 90 Euros are free! More information about the shipping fees can be found on our shipping policy page.

You can check the delivery status of your order on the order status page. To check your status there, you only need your order number (you will find it in the confirmation email), your email, and the zip code of the shipping address. GLS is the carrier for most orders.

No, you shouldn´t have to pay international taxes and duties. You only have to pay the normal shipping fees. However, we only ship to the following countries: shipping policy page.

Please check the product page on our website regularly or sign up to be notified by email (on the bottom right of the product page). As long as the status does not change to "in stock," the product is still out of stock. You can see the estimated arrival date on each product page of backordered and pre-ordered products.

Information about the products

Most answers can be found on the Manuals & Support tab on the horizonhobby.de product page. To find the page for your product, enter the product name or part number in the search box at the top of this page. Go to the product page and scroll down to Quick Links. You also can contact us via our contact form.

Our products are recommended for people over 14 years and older.

You can find information about the different products and how to use them in the respective manuals. These manuals can be found on the product pages under Quick links. For RC-plane beginners, practice with our flight simulator is recommended. This way you can familiarize yourself with the controls and flight behavior before you try out your product in real life.

Yes, normally spare parts can be purchased for Horizon hobby products. You can find the topic ´´quick links´´ on each product page you wish to buy spare parts for. Under this topic you can click on the button “replacement parts” in order to find all spare parts related to this product.

Ready-To-Fly (RTF) remote control airplanes come with everything necessary to fly right out of the box. Simply charge your included battery and fly. Bind-N-Fly:

Already have a Spektrum™ transmitter, flight battery and charger? Bind-N-Fly® Basic (BNF) models include everything else you need to get in the air. Install your flight battery, bind the receiver included in the model to your transmitter and fly. Plug-N-Play:

A Plug-N-Play® (PNP) remote control airplane comes pre-built with everything you need to fly except for the transmitter, receiver, battery, and charger.

RTR remote control vehicles are pre-built and bound to an included radio system. Please note that some RTR RC vehicles may require batteries and a suitable charger to complete the power system.

Pre-assembled and ready to drive, just add your own Spektrum compatible transmitter.

Not all items are already including batteries. You can see on each product page whether the product contains batteries, or whether you have to order them separately.

Problems with the order

If you need to change your order, please contact us through our contact form. Please enter your order details and provide details about what you wish to change regarding your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so in the same form. As a rule, your order was most likely already sent to logistics and can´t be cancelled. When that is the case, you can make use of the right of withdrawal. You can do this within 14 days. More Information on our Withdrawal page.

If the product was purchased from a dealer, please contact them for all warranty issues. If the product was purchased from Horizon Hobby, please contact us via our contact form and describe your case. Visit our warranty page for more information.

You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days of delivery without giving any reason. More information about the right of withdrawal can be found on our withdrawal page.
