How to Request Service

The iX20 Gimbal Upgrade Service is for european customers for 499,99€ (incl.VAT) available (through shipping from outside the EU /export countries might add additional costs — please ask our service team in your request for more details). Here's how to request service for your transmitter.

1. Contact our EU Service team via service(at)horizonhobby.de


2. Our Service Team will let you know further instructions and add your request to our service team's schedule.


3. If possible, we recommend shipping your iX20 to us inside the transmitter case that came with it.


4. Please allow up to two weeks for the service to be completed.


5. Once your iX20 is upgraded with aluminum gimbals our service team will contact you for payment details.

Please note: This service includes gimbal upgrades only. The iX20SE case, accessories and name plate are available only when you purchase an iX20SE transmitter.
